Personal Training

Personal training is the most effective and efficient way to reach your personal goals. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or new to training altogether and in need of more individual attention, this format is designed to address your individual discrepancies while building on your strengths to get you to where to want to be faster. Personal training with one of our world class coaches will give you our undivided attention while also keeping accountability high in an effort to get you to where you want to be.

Individualized Programming

Do you have sufficient training experience? Looking to compete or push yourself in another facet of fitness or sport (olympic lifting, powerlifting, endurance sports) or do you just want to add muscle mass? Individualized programming can be done in-house or remote and is applied in a progressive format with progression testing to make sure you’re continually making strides toward your goals. Coaches will keep a high level of communication open to insure accountability to the program. ID can be combined with weekly or monthly personal training as needed.

Whether you’re a grandparent, competitive athlete, weekend warrior, or just want to further your fitness and change body composition on a personal level.

  • You’ll start with an initial consultation to outline your goals, training history, limitations, current nutrition, etc.
  • Personal Training: We’ll work with you to schedule an appropriate number of sessions per week with a package we feel works best for you.
  • Individualized Programming: We’ll work with you to establish a training schedule as well as weekly/monthly check-ins.

After training people from all different starting points and walks of life for the better part of a decade, I’ve found that what’s most important in a great client/trainer relationship is building around the client’s goals first and foremost. Whether you’re training to keep up with your grandchildren, for an upcoming college sport season, or just want to get stronger, up your conditioning, and feel better day to day, I’ll provide you with a fully customized training plan and the accountability to reach your goals.
