Learn about how we do things, why we believe our version of CrossFit is the most effective, what all we offer, and which program is right for you. There’s no sales pitch. If you commit, so do we!

2. Attend a Free Intro Workout! (optional)

New to CrossFit? Come and check out a Free Intro class every Saturday at 10am. If this doesn’t fit your schedule we can meet with you one-on-one.

Experienced with CrossFit? Do you have at least 3 months of training under your belt? If so, you are more than welcome to try out a couple of classes for free.

3. Join Our CrossFit Prep Course! (mandatory)

All incoming members who are new to CrossFit must complete a CrossFit Prep Course. The Prep Course includes 3 sessions where you learn technique, learn how to work around limitations, and build your level of fitness and confidence with our workouts. You have two options…

Group Prep Course $180

  • 3 small group classes with an experienced coach
  • Held on M/Tu/Th evenings
  • Includes 3+ weeks of regular classes

Private Prep Course $230

  • 3 one-on-one sessions with an experienced coach
  • Individualized approach, scheduled at your convenience
  • Includes 3+ weeks of regular classes

Out of town Drop-In?

Visiting from out of town and want to hop into one of our classes? No problem! After purchase, please go ahead and sign up for the class you wish to attend.
