30 Minute Sweat Class

SWEAT is a 30 minute “fast class” incorporating more cardio-centric interval training designed to burn calories without the the barbell or heavy weights. All fitness levels are welcome!

Your first SWEAT class is always free!

We pack it all in to 30 minutes so you start your day with a sense of accomplishment!

  • Classes are offered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30am. Warm-up and workout are 30 minutes and coach led start to finish.
  • There is no heavy lifting as we focus more on intervals involving kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, body weight movements, and so much more!
  • Bored with your current routine? You’ll have a new workout every class so hop off the treadmill and come give it a shot!
