Group CrossFit Classes

Our group CrossFit classes are the backbone of our gym. After completing our Prep Course, members are encouraged to start attending these small group coach led classes. The programming for our group classes is scalable to all levels of fitness while providing a balance of strength, conditioning, and mobility in a progressive week to week format. Our goal is to keep you injury free while also building a foundation of fitness that you can steadily add to over a lifetime. We keep classes small to ensure members get the attention needed from our well experienced coaching staff.

Typically starting twice per month, the group course is the most common way to become a new member at EDCF.

  • You will participate in 3 small group classes over a 1-week period to be introduced to CrossFit movements.
  • For the first week, the schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 7:00 – 8:00 PM.
  • After the first week is complete, you will have 3-weeks to join normal group classes at your preferred time.

For those with an irregular schedule, need to get started ASAP, or just want extra attention.

  • You will participate in 3 private intro sessions in a 1-on-1 setting with a qualified coach.
  • Course can begin at your earliest convenience and scheduled at times that work with your schedule.
  • After the prep course is finished, you will have 3 weeks to drop-in to the normal group classes before starting a membership!

Membership Options

Once you’ve completed the group prep course & free trial period (4 weeks), it’s time to sign up for one of the membership options below. If you’re transferring from another CrossFit gym, you can skip the prep-course and sign up for a membership at anytime. With your membership, you will be able to participate in all available group class times listed on our schedule.
